Vacuum interrupters
Since 1986, Xuguang has been specializing in design and production of metal-ceramic vacuum interrupters over 23 years; and within this period, we have achieved magnificent advancements and now our annual production capability reaches to 250,000pcs, products ranging from 1.14KV to 72.5KV. Xugung is therefore known as the biggest manufacturer of ceramic vacuum interrupters in China. Except for home market, our products are exported to many other countries located in Southeast Asia, European and North America.
Classifications:
1. Vacuum interrupters for VCB: rated voltage ranging from 1.14KV to 72.5KV; rated current ranging from 630A to 5000A; rated short circuit breaking current ranging from 12.5KV to 8KA.
2. Vacuum interrupters for LBS: rated voltage ranging from 7.2KV to 40.5KV; rated current ranging from 630A to 1250A; rated short time withstand current ranging from 12.5KA to 25KA.
3. Vacuum interrupters for contactors: rated voltage ranging from 1.14KV to 40.5KV; rated current ranging from 630A to 1250A.
4. Vacuum interrupters for recloser: rated voltage ranging in 12KV, 15KV, 27KV, and 38KV; rated current from 400A to 630A; and rated short circuit breaking current from 10KA to 20KA.
6. Epoxy embedded poles: rated voltage from 12KV, to 40.5KV; rated current from 630A to 3150A; rated short circuit breaking current from 20KA to 50KA.

Our products range from 0.38KV to 72.5KV and cover various voltage levels;
In this field, Xuguang was the first to introduce CAE in the design of products and all our researches are based on PDM/CAPP/CAD/CAE;
We are pioneering to successfully develop 40.5KV single-gap ceramic vacuum interrupters;
Epoxy embedded poles of different voltage levels are independently designed and made in Xuguang;
Unique bounce-proof design is proposed in the design of VI for VCB;
For generator protection purposes, a type of vacuum interrupter rating in 12KV, 5000A and 63KA breaking capability was given birth in xuguang, which was later supplied to Beijing Beikai Electric Co., Ltd. and passed the type test successfully.

Our ceramic mealization is very reliable and productive;
All the cleaning rooms meet up with 10000 classification, and some are 1000 classification;
Before assembling, all the components should experience ultrasonic vapor phase cleaning;
At present, there are about 12 sets of one-time sealing furnaces and therefore over 95% percent of our products are produced by this process;
All our products need to go through both current and voltage conditioning; and in order to shorten the storage period, sometimes products will be stored in a pressurized tank of a certain gas to accelerate air leakage;

An automatic batching system has been perfected, which will guarantee the quality of the products.
Xuguang has passed and always maintained the certification of ISO9001 quality system; and the quality control system is established and carried out from the purchase of materials to delivery of products;
Excellent checking and testing process are introduced, such as lightning impulse withstand voltage testing equipment, X Scanner, mechanical life checking equipment and capacitive banks switching test circuits which are equal to the Laboratory Test Institute of Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau.
