Quality System Certification
Xuguang passed authentication of ISO9001 Quality System in July 1998 and 2000 reversed edition in 2003; then in 2006, Xuguang won QS Certificate and Certificate of Approval of Manufacturer released by IECQ.
3C Certification
Xuguang¡¯s intelligent low voltage vacuum circuit breakers, AC low voltage power distribution panels, low-voltage withdrawable switchgears, power distributing cabinets, electricity metering boxes and lighting distribution panels have won China Compulsory Certificate.
PQC (Produce Quality Control):
Due to the efficient work and continuous improvement of quality system, overall quality control is implemented all through the processes of research and development, material acceptance, production and delivery, which guarantee the quality of products.
Products are manufactured according to advanced international standards. Strict quality control is implemented on the purchase of materials; evaluation and choice of qualified suppliers are strengthened; intensive inspections are applied so that unqualified products can not be accepted.
All components should be inspected by operators and professional inspectors according to a certain specifications; the unqualified are never allowed to be provided for the next process. Severe controls are enforced in these factors such as staff, materials, process, devices and even environment which may cause strong impact on quality. For some technical and quality matters, thematic tackles will be established.
Before delivery, all products should be 100% inspected so that they could meet up with the requirements of enterprise and conform to the standards of national industry.
Based on quality information management system, modern ways are used for collection, processing, and exchange of quality information so that customer complaints can be immediately processed and field services are to be provided.
Quality analysis meeting will be held periodically; internal quality feedback will be processed without any delay; process audit should be done as scheduled.
